The B-MAXX PH 24K-SS pintle trailer is built for demanding equipment hauling, commercial operations, and heavy-duty jobsite work. With a 24,000–28,800 lb GVWR and payload capacity reaching up to 21,800 lbs, this trailer is designed to handle larger equipment, heavier materials, and more demanding workloads with confidence.
Its deck-over design provides a stable hauling platform for machinery, attachments, building materials, and equipment, while multiple deck length options allow operators to configure the trailer around their specific operation.
Built on a cambered 12″ I-beam frame with underbridge framing, the PH 24K-SS is engineered for long-term durability and dependable performance under load. On 30′ and longer models, an upgraded 19# I-beam frame provides additional strength for larger hauling demands.
Designed for Demanding Conditions
The PH 24K-SS is equipped with heavy-duty 12K Dexter axles, super single tires, and slipper spring suspension with rubber bushings to improve durability, stability, and ride quality across rough jobsites, gravel roads, and uneven terrain.
A 40,000 lb pintle ring, dual 12K spring-loaded drop-leg jacks, and electric brakes help provide secure towing and dependable control under demanding conditions. Hydraulic disc brake axle options, hydraulic jack upgrades, air ride suspension, and hydraulic tilt configurations are also available for operators looking to further customize their trailer setup.

From the treated yellow pine deck and heavy-duty rub rail to stake pockets and chain spools along both sides, the PH 24K-SS is designed to simplify loading, securement, and daily operation.
Stand-up spring-assist ramps, LED lighting, integrated chain storage, and an industrial urethane finish help round out a trailer built for real-world use and long-term durability. Additional options like sliding ratchet rails, toolbox packages, aluminum wheels, deck-on-the-neck configurations, and hydraulic ramps allow operators to build a trailer tailored to their workload.
