Filing a Warranty Claim

Submit a Warranty Claim Form online at buckeyetrailers.com/warranty-claims
Include photos and a description of the issue.
If possible, wait for authorization before making repairs.
Transportation or freight costs are not covered.

Tip: If the failed component (such as an axle) has a stamped or labeled serial number, take a clear photo of that serial number and include it with your claim. This significantly improves approval speed.

Tip: Claims may be denied if damage is caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.
